Order information sent via WhatsApp is retained only as long as necessary to fulfil your order. We do not maintain a centralised customer database.

By using the CCI Cannabis Club website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

All orders are placed via WhatsApp. An order is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation message from our team. CCI reserves the right to decline any order at our discretion.
All prices are listed in Jamaican Dollars (JMD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. A flat delivery fee of $1,000 JMD applies to all orders.
All sales are final. CCI Cannabis Club does not offer refunds or exchanges on any products once an order has been confirmed and dispatched. Please review your order carefully before submitting. If there is an issue with your order, contact us on WhatsApp immediately upon delivery.
We aim to deliver within 30–60 minutes, subject to traffic conditions and order volume. CCI is not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control. Deliveries are made to the address provided at checkout — ensure your address is accurate.
All CCI cannabis products are 100% organic, grown in Jamaica, and chemical and pesticide free. Product appearance may vary slightly from images shown.
